Hello BP!!  I am new to wholesaling and do not understand all the necessary paperwork that is required when putting a seller under contract.  In Pennsylvania, is the seller required to fill out a seller's disclosure and Lead Based Paint Disclosure (if applicable)? Thanks in advance
