Pre-foreclosure list
I was on the phone today with Black Book Data. They have only 49 hits in my zip code that fall into pre-forclosure status according to their criteria. So I must have a minimum of 1000, but they will credit me 951. If I can arrange a deal with them to run the other 951 in another zip code, anyone interested? I would make you a heck of a deal. The original 1000 costs me 350.00. Split the cost with me, and you can have 951 at almost half price. Any takers?
