Can anyone recommend an investor friendly title company/attorney in San Antonio. I’ve called a few title companies that said they disclose information to both parties, I don’t want the seller to walk out of the deal on the closing date. Could somebody please help.

Like @Rick Pozos said, don't get caught up in the weeds this early trying to find the right title company. Every title company works with investors. Some have different criteria for how they handle big wholesale fees, but I wouldn't worry about that at this point.

To answer your question though, I've had good success with:

  • Capital Title
  • Old Republic Title
  • Excel Title
