I’m going to start wholesaling as a real estate investor soon, before I do I would like to spend a day with a wholesaler and see what a day in the life of an investor is like. If anyone in San Antonio, is interested in letting me tag along with them for a day please let me know. I would greatly appreciate the experience.

Can anyone recommend an investor friendly title company/attorney in San Antonio. I’ve called a few title companies that said they disclose information to both parties, I don’t want the seller to walk out of the deal on the closing date. Could somebody please help.
