Hello BP Family (Illinois)

I am in Chicago and new to REI. Where would one obtain the correct purchase and sale contracts (for a wholesale deal) and also the assignment contract. Are these different from what you would use for traditional retail sales? Is there a short version for use in wholesale deals?
