Investor and Wholesaling Friendly Title Companies in Atlanta GA

So, I've done my homework, attended every seminar, taken math classes in college just to aid me in my Wholesaling endeavors but I have hit a road block!
I can not find a title company willing to close either double escrow or assignment of contract transactions. I'm incredibly frustrated and hoping someone here can send me in the right direction or at least tell me a better way to search for one.
I live up highway 575 near Marietta Ga. Any advice, help or condolences would be greatly appreciated!
