Wholesaling Properties: Assignments or Double Closings in PA
I am a Realtor in PA who also wholesales. When facilitating the transaction I am 100% transparent and I disclose everything. However, I’m having some push back in regard to wholesaling as a realtor. A few people have been telling me it can be considered illegal if I don’t intend to take possession of the property. If that’s the case, would a double closing suffice? Also, if my sources are correct, does that mean assignments aren’t allowed to be practiced if you’re a realtor in PA.
