Struck off properties??

I called the tax assessors office to get a delinquent property tax list, but insted they gave me struck off list..? They told me i had to wait for the person who handles delinquent property taxes to get back from vacation.. Great.. Well anyways. Now that i have this struck off list, is it possible to wholesale one of these properties??
