Brand new to Wholesaling
Hello,
I am obviously new to wholesaling and I really want to be successful at in Minnesota. I very little people around who see it as a viable option where I can make a living with helping people in nonconventional way. So, from that, I am having difficult talking to sellers where I want them to know that I am here to help them. I don't know exactly how to contact absentee owners, tax delinquent owners, etc. that first time where they immediately know that I am offering them 1 million dollars but I want make their lives better without talking for an hour. This may also be the people that are just nonmotivated now, but does anyone have a go to script they use or words. Also, I am looking to talk Wholesalers from Minnesota who are interested in sharing with me their lead generating strategy and what is their go to platform for figuring out ARV.
