Found a Property to Wholesale under an LLC that was Cancelled

Hello Biggerpockets community!

I need some advice on a property I found as a possible Wholesale deal. This is a vacant property that is fenced off. I did my research and found that it is owned by an LLC. When I searched up the LLC, the Owners filed to cancel that LLC 2 years ago, but through the county assessor, the property is still registered under the LLC. Is this common? I found the owner's name and have been trying to contact him, through everything that I've found (place where he lived, social media, phone numbers, emails, etc.) but all of these contact info has not been active around the same time they filed to cancel the LLC. Has anyone came across this issue before? What would be the next step? I'm currently trying to find a family member in hopes to get some information on the owner and/or property.
