Thank you, REIpro does have monthly/quaterly/yearly team subscriptions plans, but the math wasn't adding up. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something somewhere.

In a wholesale group there is a sign up for REIpro. $40/person a quarter. Does that sound correct?

I am total newbie and still working my way towards a first time deal. I have a lady that's in pre-forclosure said she is willing to agree to a subject to. She is priced a little high compared to the comps but not much higher than the assessor's value. Is this something to take on as a wholesaler?

Hello, I'm looking into starting my journey with REI here in Humboldt County California. I have been researching on my own and have started marketing as a wholesaler in the area to bring in some deals. Within the next 5 years I hope to be able to own some if my own properties as rentals. I know that we have a REIA here locally, but cannot attend meetings due to my current work schedule. In short I'd love to meet up with some local investors to get a better understanding of our local market and how I may better serve our community.
