Wholesale Flip Troubleshooting

Sam Besong
Posted
My team and I have been looking everywhere for property to get under contract and flip BUT things have been SLOW! So far we’ve only had two houses under contract and both ended up flopping because the prices that the owners wanted was too high and they wouldn’t budge. Anyways, As someone who is new to the game and looking to get knee deep in the game, is there any advice out there to help expedite the process? We posted bandit signs, put business cards around places, and marketed on FB. Any advice will be appreciated !
