First property under contract. It is a duplex . I have it under contract for 20k. Needs little work to become a good rental. Arv is 30-40k.

What are the best method to get this thing sold.

Hey Aaron,
Hope all is well, have not talked in a while. I would pre lease the units, subject to repairs. I would then get written quotes from contractors to fix the units. Then I would present the package to investors that buy rentals. This will help your sales pitch!! Good luck!! :mrgreen:
