Milwaukee Wholesale Purchase Agreement and Assignment contract

Would anyone be willing to share a contract template that they've  used to assign a wholesale deal in Milwaukee ?  I am nervous about grabbing a generic one off the internet. I am a new investor in the Waukesha area.  I am looking for the assignment and the offer to purchase contract, both would be ideal..
