TX DEALS - Plz Respond Only IF You Know You Have Wholesaled In Texas
OK...I just completed the RD/PD Fast Track training here in Houston. Having been in RE here for the last 5 years I know the demand and opportunity exist. By the end of the week I will be set up and have a property or two to work through the bugs. Is there anyone out there that has successfully completed a "Simultaneous Closing" here in Houston?
(Disclaimer: I do not CARE if you don't like RD/PD your opinion if not what I am requesting ~ Knowledge & Expertise is what I need at this time  )

So again, even if I have answers, you don't want them?
Okay...then I won't provide them. And unfortunately I don't know of anyone in Texas that would want to help you out...sorry...
I will say this -- if the idea of doing simultaneous closings to wholesale deals is something you learned from a "guru," you likely wasted your money on that guru...
Welcome to the forums, and hopefully you can find someone from Texas to answer your question (though I can promise that there are plenty of people here who are NOT from Texas but can still answer it accurately).
Also, it's worth mentioning that if you plan to get into wholesaling (or any other type of investing where you need to deal with lay-people who aren't experienced investors), your "direct" communication is only going to hurt your ability to negotiate. If there's one thing I've learned well over my professional career (both in real estate and in the corporate world) is how NOT to negotiate, and it sounds as if you've nailed it...to prove that point, this is the second time you've TALKED ME OUT OF helping you... :D
