Real Estate Wholesaling
I live in New Jersey..do I need to have the deed in my company name in order to be able to wholesale a property ? Or will the end buyer take care of the deed ?

@Jonathan Oundo it depends on what you mean by wholesaling.... are you actually wholesaling? Buying the property and then reselling for a profit? Then yes, you would close on the property and put the deed in your name. If you are simply putting a property under contract and assigning that to an end buyer, then no, you never take possession of the property.
