Hello everyone. Hope everyone enjoyed their week.
Here is the situation.

I have a homeowner that I'm working on putting his house under contract. It doesnt seem to me like he wants me to have access to his house. I explained to.him I have other investors who want to see the house and also I have inspectors and contractors to come by and see the house.

He told he can't grant me access to the home because of insurance reasons and he thought this was a as is buy.
My next offer was to give him a 3 day notice of when I need to access the home, didn't seem like he likes that as well. Could this guy be hidding something? What should I tell this guy that will give me access to the home ?
