What does it mean what it says TRUST in front of the home owner name ? Also when it says OWNERSHIP TYPE: Ownership Type Trustee/Conservator ? Does this mean probate ?

@Carlos Pena So now you know where the property owner is.  Go knock on the door, send mail, etc.
