Dealing with properties that are For Sale by Owner
I am new to the wholesale game and I am still looking to make my first deal. I have recently come across to homes that are for sale by owner in my area. Does anyone have any advice for pursuing properties of this kind? Or should I just go after it like any other property?

You should contact the owner directly @Bruce Bell and negotiate with them. Good luck!
