Anyone been to Zack Childress's seminars? How was it?

Hi,

Anyone been to the Zack Childress's seminar last month in NJ? Or attended any of his, at all? How was it??

I heard that he taught how to wholesale REOs in that seminar and we can just follow his system and do it by ourselves (even if we don't buy his MLS Guerrilla software)?

Is this true?
