Investor friendly title company’s in New Jersey?

Hi my name is Chris Montalvo, I will be getting my first home under contract in a couple days and I’m  actually very anxious about this deal, but I’m looking for a wholesale friendly title company in New Jersey that are okay with assigning a contract to an end buyer and have dealt with this more then once’s and know the process?? Looking more so for one in the central Jersey area but if not anywhere in Jersey will work too.

Hi @Chris Montalvo, I recently closed a few wholesale deals, me being on the buy side, the title company I worked with was great.  They were referred to me by a wholesaler that does a lot of deals with them. They definitely seem familiar with the process and also have an attorney they normally like to work with.  Feel free to PM me and I'll be glad to provide their contact info. FYI - They are located in North Jersey.
