Wholesalers and RE Agents
I am new to the wholesaling world - I have "fixed and flipped" a couple of great deals and realized I have come across more good deals than I can pick up on my own. However, a lot of these deals have come through the MLS from an awesome realtor.
How do I incorporate my realtor in the wholesaling business without undercutting her or making her feel like she is doing a large amount of work for little or no compensation?
Thanks for your help!
