I have a question for y’all so I m new in wholesale from Riverside, ca how can obtain purchase agreement and assignment contact documents ?

@Fabian Martinez  If you're going to be using the documents for something as important as purchasing and assigning real estate, you really want to make sure you're using documents that you understand, cover everything you need them to cover, and are legal in your state.  If you just download some free documents off the internet, you have no guarantee of any of those things. 

A lot of newer investors try to go the cheap route here, but you really get what you pay for.  I'd recommend spending a few hundred bucks with an attorney and having them draft some documents that you know will work for you, rather than taking your chances with some random documents you download off the internet. 

Just my two cents.
