If you don’t mind asking is it worthwhile investing yucca valley or Joshua tree. Any recommendations with your Savvy expertise? Do you know any general contractors or handyman over there and cleaning crew for short vacation rental?

Love love tiny home movement Quick inquiries do you need to purchase a lot/land to place a tiny home or camper in Joshua tree purpose utilizing as a short rental? Do you need a permit for such minimal square footage, solar panels, water barrel, septic tanks? What is pros and cons and restrictions in San Bernardino county?

@Joe Homs prior lessees had annual agreement that expired July 01,2020, tenants didn’t give trouble in the beginning until now August, 2020 Mistakenly I renew there lease to month to month. Regarding notices Yes indeed delivered several for example, notice to to cure the violations which they waived and neglect. Thanks joe appreciate your delightful feedback.

@Joe Homs non-Covid relationship only breach of residential and nonresidential agreement. Several violations are included for example 1. illegal trespassing neighbors  Adjacent empty parcel and conducting unethical behavior 2. Nuisance and disruption tenants at midnights Constantly making a lot of racket Disturbing the peace 3. Code enforcement violation There’s several Non-permitted/non-operative vehicles and marijuana plants.
