Wholesaling Vacant Homes
Hello BP,
I am a new member located in the Pittsburgh area.
I am currently interested in Wholesaling Vacant Homes. I have a list of vacant houses in the area, and I am in need of some help. Should my next step be to find out if there are back taxes on the property? How do I know which vacant property is a good deal?

Step one fnd out who the owners is - public records, oftenonline
Step two find out how to contact the owner - this can be the hardest part. The term for finding people is "Skip Trace". Google will bring up lots of serch site, virtually all of them will be pay sites.
Step three contact the owner and try to work a deal
Step four, once you come to basic terms then strt to check for back taxes, mortgages etc. Any title or escrow company can do that.
