Hello BP,

I am a new member located in the Pittsburgh area.

I am currently interested in Wholesaling Vacant Homes. I have a list of vacant houses in the area, and I am in need of some help. Should my next step be to find out if there are back taxes on the property?  How do I know which vacant property is a good deal?
