How to find vacant houses in the LA while living in TX

Hello investors, I’m a investor out of Texas but trying to Expand my wholesale market in California Los Angeles area. My deal is I want to try to get in hold of absentee homeowners that have vacant properties in that area. The thing is need addresses and pictures of properties. How can I go by finding out where and what houses I can start skip tracing. Should I hear someone to go find them for me and what pay should I offer them? If y’all got any ideas or strategies that y’all know of or did I would really appreciated Thank you Rafael
