Cold Call and Voicemail Drop Question

Question for all my cold callers. When you call a potential seller, and you do come into contact with them and they ask you how did you get their number, what is your response?

What do you say in your voice mail drop. Do you keep it short or do you leave a message explaining your business (cash buyer, can close fast etc.) ?
