I keep reading posts on here about how everyone is having such a hard time wholesaling.

I don't get it.. What are you doing!!

Just be honest and it is easy.

Hope this convinces you to start doing it "my" way.

TELL them about wholesaling and let THEM decide if they want to do it or not.

7 out of 10 times they say :

I really don't understand why it is so hard.

not everyone lives and works in these areas.. and in some states its really not legal the way its taught and done.
