I have an owner who is in pre-foreclosure and his house will be auctioned off on May 2. He owes $183,000 on the house it is asking $195,000 for the house. He has very little equity, and refuses to come down on the price. However, he is open to financing through a subject to. Can I get some guidance on how to close this deal?
