Wholesaling Contract Templates

Hi everyone!

My name is Kim and I am new to real estate wholesaling. I have been researching and trying to gain relationships in my area to get a hold on the whole process. Would anyone be willing to share their successful  wholesaling contract creation journey? The correct way to create one, what to include, what not to include etc. ? Any and all tips would be very helpful!!

Thanks in advance!

@Kimberli Grasty   Welcome to this beautiful business, wholesaling is not investing, but you can make good money on it,  Please don't go and buy anything, you need to spend time learning the business first, this is a beautiful business to be,  you can join your local REIA, read books, try to learn for a local investor, good luck
