Wholesaling in Hampton Roads

Greetings, My name is Brian and im new to wholesaling and I was just reaching out to fellow wholesalers in my local market here in Virginia specifically Hampton Roads and I just wanted to see if the market was good as far as wholesaling and any kind of tips and advice you could offer me to help on my journey to become a successful real estate investor. Also looking to build good strong partnerships and friendships with like minded people headed in the same direction.
