Lists, Lists, where do you get your lists? Buying them or making?

Brothers and Sisters of BP, greetings I’m curious, with everyone doing their own mailers, to what lists are you mailing? Now I’m not trying to steal anyone’s or get on the same lists as you and be your competitor (company I work for does their own marketing). I am curious if most wholesalers are buying them (list source, yellow letter etc) pulling them from the MLS, pulling them from Zillow, probates, court, or making them yourselves via driving for dollars. So how do you make your list? If you buy it, what kind are you buying? If you pull it or make it yourself, where and what?
