Wholesaling in Kings County (Hanford, CA)

So, I recently got into finding out about wholesaling. Not only because I found real estate to be interesting, but Rich Dad, Poor Dad got me interested in doing it as well. I've been trying to find leads in this area, and I even called a investor/agent who wished to add me to his wholesalers list. I don't know if that is good or not. The houses are also, from what I can see in regards to FSBO, houses that are well within the 300,000 dollar area. I've read the forum posts and looked up different ideas, even watched multiple youtube videos on the subject and I am still hungry for more information.

Good to hear another aspiring RE investor/wholesaler in the Kings and Tulare county area.

Any info I can share be sure to let me know. Also let me suggest the BP podcast has tons of information on wholesaling as well.

Look forward to building.

JD
