Using assessor's site to build buyers list

First, I just want to thank EVERYONE for all of the informative info!!! I don't have access to the mls to findout who have been the cash buyers for the last 3-6 months so, I decided to just search for owners who are LLCs in certain areas on my local assessor's site. Now that I have a list of LLCs that own more than 1 property (most likely investors), I need to know how to get the information to contact them. I have their mailing address but no other info. I was trying to find a way to get their phone number because I have no money to spend on mailers. My husband and I sat down the other night, did a budget, and we literally have no money. Seriously:) Also, I'm finding a lot of properties owned by Trusts. Should I treat these the same as the LLCs or what?

Thank you in advance for any advice or opinions sent my way. I appreciate it all as does anyone else who clicks on this post!
