California wholesaling questions

Hi everyone, Experienced wholesaler from Tennessee new to Orange County. Quick question: what title companies are you using? I’ve made a lot of phone calls and come up with too many that do not work with us.. yet I see bandit signs all over town so I’m a little lost. If anyone could point me in the right direction I’d be much appreciative, thanks!

@Account Closed  wholesale contracts are usually pretty generic.  I use a two page contract myself.  I can refer you to a title company and escrow company that I use, but that's not really necessary for wholesaling.  California is an escrow state and you can open escrow when you are ready to assign the contract.
