I am currently a 21 year old engineering student and I am interested in learning how to wholesale real estate. What I know about wholesaling comes from reading articles, reading bigger pockets forums, watching youtube videos and reading "The Wholesale bible" by Than Merrill. I understand that you can only learn so much by watching youtube videos and reading, so I am now ready to take action. I am looking for an experience real estate adviser that I can occasionally email or even meet with. You may want to checkout the Bp podcasts. There was one that had a wholesaler that was based out of Charlotte.  It may require digging but may be worth it. Wish you well.
