Simotaneous closing paper work

Hello BiggerPockets family, I am new a newbie in this real estate investing game. I have a few deals that i am setting up and I will be simotaneous closing them. I have a lawyer that is investor freindly and I almost have everything set up to complete the deals I have coming ahead. 

My question is that what paper work should I use (If any) in negotiations with the seller. Or does the lawyer handle all the documentation and paperwork.
