Hello, I am looking to rehab properties and sell them to investors looking for turnkey rentals. I was looking for tips from anyone who has experience doing this. Such as what is the best way to connect with investors looking for rentals with the rehab work.

My bigger pockets family is their a investment strategy where you sell to investors  who buy properties based on how much the property rents for? For example if I find a distressed house, renovate it up to code, rent it out, then sell the property to an investor for how much it rents for. Such as if it rents for $700 a month and then sell it for $70K. 

Is anyone familiar with this

No there are several houses near the property that are comparable. He said the didn’t choose those houses because the siding and drywall are different ( which seems wrong to me). The Comp houses are all within a mile radius same bedrooms/baths, square footage and age.

Hello, what are some software or other tools that investors use that help find off market properties and analyze deals. Anything that acts the MLS but is available for non realtors

Hello, I have a deal that i need appraised what is everyone's thoughts on using a licensed appraiser to determine the ARV of a property? What are somethings to keep in mind when hiring a appraisal to appraise my investment properties?
