Title Insurance for Double Closing?
Hello,
Actually I have a somewhat advanced question.
When doing double closings, should you get title insurance? I am talking about closing with a seller and then turning around and selling to an end buyer in a few hours.
I have always gotten it, but I don’t know if it’s necessary. Was wanting some input!
It’s not really about the money, I am just curious as to the reasoning and technicalities for/against it.
Thanks!
