Has anyone ever wholesaled a deal while in another country? Background: (not yet confirmed) but I might have a lead on a sfh that someone just wants to get rid of for a price very undervalue ...caveat: I live in another country. I also have no real knowledge about wholesaling - does anyone know how I could make money from a find like this?

Having lived for example in the Caribbean I can tell you one thing to watch out for is making sure you can get clear title to the property.  I personally know many examples of people losing thousands and in one case over a million on a property that the "developer" or seller sold them of which they did not get clear title.  Then the attorneys you need to hire in said countries are the ones that make out with the high fees they charge under the pretense that they will be able to straighten it out for you.  I have seen many cases where it never worked out and the people had to take the huge loss and move on with no recourse.

You just have to be extremely careful.
