Wholesaling For Beginners: Driving 4 Dollars Strategy Brainstorm.
Hi BP,
I am currently driving for dollars and dropping off a postcard to 10 different houses each day. If I do not get a call from that house in 2 weeks I skip trace the number and cold call is the current plan.
Would I be better off just cold calling immediately and not waiting for them to call me? My reasoning against that is if they call me first then I am in a much better position of power.
What are your thoughts?

It would always be best to call them first after you had dropped off the postcards. They usually don't call you unless they are DEFINITELY in the position to get it done asap. Which that's usually 1/10 or less. You don't want to miss the opportunity for them to call someone else. Best to touch base with them and let them know that you recently left the postcard on their house and see if they had seen it yet.
Doesn't matter who calls first, you'll always be in power if you speak to them correctly and with respect. For all we know, they may be the one who's waiting for you to call.
Good luck! 🏠🏠🏠
