Owner occupied tax delinquency

Recently I've had the habit of looking at vacant/distressed looking properties and looking up on the county tax assessor site to see if they are owner occupied or not. So I found a home, where the mailing and address and own address match, where taxes haven't been paid on it since 2015. How would y'all proceed?

Thank you for your time...
