Happy Holiday bigger pockets family!  So at this juncture, I’m a part time agent... intend to make the jump to full time within the next few months. Something I have to get in order is health insurance. Currently under my mother’s plan, that will end since I’m going to be 26 in about 4 months. Right now it’s open season, would it be smart to select a health plan with the job I want to leave, since I intend to leave imminently? Would it be wiser to wait until after I resign?

Thank you guys for your time...

I’ve recently joined Keller Williams; back in June. My office is in Bayside, Queens. They provide a lot of training/education and I get to be around some people that really put numbers on the board.

Relatively new licensee in New York City; I concur wholeheartedly...

Hello guys. I've recently received my license. I'm trying to play around with the MLS. How exactly do I go about finding all cash transactions on Stratus MLS? When I go to the public records, I see mortgage loan types; confused about how I can find homes sold with no mortgages?

-Thank your for your time.

Do you think that is enough?

Not really. Not gonna lie; I did do so in a kind of emotional action. I wanted to be a part of it.
