Hi BP! I'm working on a wholesale deal in Huntsville, AL. Looking for an investor friendly Attorney & Title Company that does transactions in the Madison County/Huntsville AL area. Appreciate any recommendations you can provide to quality professionals!

Hey Dedric, I've used redstone title, Paulus title, Russ Ormstdedt and Charlie Helms....all have been good to work with.  My broker does a lot with Martinson and beason.  I have not done any assignments or wholesales....just typical RE sales.  Also, I am not endorsing any of these and all the other appropriate words to get me out of trouble :)
