Using Multiple Techniques to Wholesale

So I know that in wholesaling (or any marketing) we should not expect to get much response from the first touch. That said most wholesalers mail many many times to their list. How many of you have tried using multiple kinds of touches to increse effectiveness? Say: flyer, phone call, door knock or whatever it is you can imagine.

Ideas and opinions welcome

@Joshua Howaniec are you referring to Seller marketing? We use phone calls, email, text messages, voice broadcasts and direct mail in our conversations with sellers, just at different stages of the process. Different people respond to different mediums.
