Anyone in Southern California?

Hoping to connect with active investors in the SoCal market. Recently relocated from Chattanooga, had success wholesaling there and would like to do the same here. Looking to take action here so I've started marketing just need a few pieces to the puzzle.

Just a few questions:

1. Investor-friendly title company? I've made some phone calls in Orange County (I live in OC) and have had no luck. Anyone have a recommended title company? Assigning contracts for wholesaling.

2. Do you have a real estate attorney you work with and recommend?

Thanks!

@Account Closed  Welcome to California.  We work a little differently here.

1.  We only use title companies to insure title and what you should be looking for is a good escrow company.

2.  Again, we do not use Attorney's, as the Escrow is our neutral third party in the transaction.

3.  I would concentrate on cookie cutter homes in the $500K price range 3+ Bedrooms.

Hope this helps.
