I recently put this ad on Craigslist:

$75000 / 3br - Handy Man Special (Greater Baton Rouge Area)

and got this reponse:

Hi I was inquiring about the 3bdrm house for sale please send pictures and more info.

I am working on several potential properties that could be of interest to the person responding to my Craigslist ad but since I don't any under contract I can't send the pictures and info requested.

Any suggestions what to do next?

Starting down the path with a misleading or fraudulent ad is not heading in the right direction. Any short term gain will be negated by longer term negative consequences. In a business where few people are 100% honest, those that are honest in all their dealings are rewarded with loyal clients, partners, investors and transaction parties.
