Hey Im looking for an mentor to help me begin wholesaling. I chose this because I have no money, credit is in the downward slope but Im willing to learn what I need to.

You could start by doing a search on BP for "wholesaling" and read some of the blogs, there is a lot of great information. Also browse through the podcasts, there a lot of episodes where they interview people who do wholesaling. I am just getting started myself and those have been very insightful.

Also definitely see if there are any real estate groups in your area. 

You could try to meet up with someone (from a group or from BP contacts) who does wholesaling and see if they're willing to give you the scoop (it can seem really complicated if you're just starting to learn) or maybe would go in on a joint venture with you.

This is what I am trying to do right now and so far several people from BP in my area have been willing to meet with me!
