Young college-aged beginner in wholesale real estate
Hey guys I recently turned 19 and I'm starting my first year of college. I'm based in Miami, Florida. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to start in this business? I've gotten a couple of courses and a lot of information. I love real estate and wholesaling and understand it but again, I haven't yet started. I would love some advice also considering I'm 19. Best way to find sellers and which is he best marketing approach ? And also how to get an investor to take me seriously taking into account my age and also where to find them ? Thank you so much for anybody who takes the time to help me!
